Wild Pear LTD Terms and Conditions

Catering and Supply of Equipment & Services

1)      Agreement: By engaging the services of Wild Pear LTD for food catering, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2)      Quotes and Validity:

a)      All quotes provided by Wild Pear LTD are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.

b)     After this period, Wild Pear LTD reserves the right to revise the quote based on any changes in market conditions or supplier costs.

3)      Booking Confirmation and Payment:

a)      A non-refundable deposit maybe required to secure the booking for catering services.

b)     Full payment must be made at least one week prior to the event date.

c)      Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the catering services.

4)      Cancellation Policy:

a)      Cancellations made less than one week prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

b)     Cancellations made between two and four weeks prior to the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5)      Menu and Dietary Requirements:

a)      Any changes to the menu or dietary requirements must be communicated to Wild Pear LTD at least two weeks prior to the event.

b)     Wild Pear LTD will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

6)      Equipment and Property:

a)      Wild Pear LTD may provide equipment and/or property for the event, and the client is responsible for its safekeeping.

b)     All equipment and property must be returned to Wild Pear LTD immediately following the event.

c)      The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of Wild Pear LTD's equipment and property during and or after the event.

7)      Liability:

a)      Wild Pear LTD will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of its catering services.

b)     The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the event.

8)      Force Majeure:

a)      Wild Pear LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

9)      Governing Law:

a)      This agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

10) Miscellaneous:

a)      Any changes or modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

b)     If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

c)      By making a deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Loyalty Program & Marketing Emails

1) Consent:

By subscribing to our marketing emails, you agree to receive promotional materials, offers, and other marketing communications from Wild Pear LTD. You acknowledge that you have provided your consent voluntarily and can unsubscribe at any time.

2) Unsubscribe:

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided in the email. We will process your request promptly, and you will be removed from our mailing list.

3) Data Collection and Use:

We collect and store your email address and any other information you provide when subscribing to our marketing emails. We may use this information to personalize and improve the content and relevance of our marketing communications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4) Frequency:
